AILMENTS AND REFLEX POINTS
REFLEXOLOGY FOR PAINLESS CHILDBIRTH:
1. With the help of two combs, a woman starting into the delivery can press the teeth of the two combs into the reflexes of her hands, the help relax the muscles, allowing the baby to be born in a short time with very little pain.

Examine the reflexes to the testicles, prostate, ovaries and uterus for tenderness or soreness. The recipient may find it helpful to hold the tongue lightly with the teeth, without motion for a few minutes several times a day.
Note: Ileocical valve area is work also for the control of mucus, working the solar plexus are eases the tension.
METHODS IN THE TREATMENT OF ASTHMA
1. Physical therapy
2. Dietary control – eat no heavy meals at any time, eat no gas-forming food.
3. Press strongly on the first and third zones of the tongue with a tongue depressor
4. By biting the tongue as hard as possible, holding it between the teeth for several minutes at a time, three or four times a day. The central zones affected by asthma, cough can also be treated by tongue pulling. The tongue may twisted from side to side.
BACK PROBLEMS: LUMBAGO

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: Lowering high blood pressure for emergency care:

1. Work on the carotid sinuses- hold for a slow five counts, breathe deeply, press once more, let your breathe out repeat three times.

DIARRHEA: CAUSES: Fever disease, Acute enteritis, Colitis, Uremia, obstructive kidney problem, heart or liver diseases, food poisoning, psychic disturbance, intestinal parasites, defective chewing of food.
Most diarrhea occurs during summer, result of improper eating, impure water or milk, indigestible green or over ripe fruit, sudden weather changes, fear and other emotion.
